“Hinkle Construction Services is Awarded Work on Wolfe and Bell County Projects”
Hinkle Construction Services (HCS) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded work on the Wolfe County Mountain Parkway Curve Correction and the Widening of US119 in Bell County projects.
In Wolfe County, HCS will construct just over one mile of the embankment as part of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s efforts to improve safety and traveling conditions on the Mountain Parkway. Work on the Wolfe County project will begin in early 2018; the approximate completion date is December 2018.
Hinkle Construction Services’ work on the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet’s US119 project in Bell County will include construction of the earthwork, concrete structures and storm drainage in order to enhance safety conditions by widening approximately one mile of the road and improving access to the Page Elementary School. Work on the project began in October and the expected completion date is July, 2018.
“Our work on both the Wolfe County Mountain Parkway and US 119 will provide increased safety conditions for travelers, and we are pleased to be a part of both projects,” Hinkle Construction Services Executive Vice President Chad Conley said.
